I had the pleasure of working with Prawn on the Lawn Fishmonger’s & Restaurant to create an illustrated suppliers list for their restaurants in Padstow and Islington. They source everything locally and wanted visitors to the restaurant to put faces to the names of their fish, oyster, wine, beer and fresh produce suppliers.
